Thank you for choosing ADFSTONE store for customized products! We are committed to delivering your unique, made-to-order items to destinations worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding order handling, shipping options, costs, and related information to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience.
All our products are custom-made exclusively for you upon order placement. Therefore, we require a handling time of 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order to complete the customization, design confirmation, quality inspection, and packaging process. This handling period is necessary to ensure the craftsmanship and accuracy of your customized product.
Please note: Handling time does not include weekends, statutory holidays, or shipping transit time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC) will be counted as received the next business day.
2. Shipping Options & Transit Time
We offer two global shipping options for you to choose from during checkout. Transit time begins after the completion of the handling period (i.e., after your order is shipped out):
• Standard Shipping: Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 weeks (21 to 35 business days) from the date of shipment. This option is cost-effective and suitable for customers who do not require urgent delivery.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated transit time is 2 to 3 weeks (14 to 21 business days) from the date of shipment. This option provides faster delivery for customers who need their customized products sooner.
Note: Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local logistics delays, or force majeure events (see Section 6 for details). We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your customized product (including packaging materials). The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process after you enter your delivery address. This ensures you only pay the actual shipping fee corresponding to your order’s weight.
We ship our customized products to many countries and regions worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your delivery address to confirm if we ship to your location. If your region is not available for selection, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Once your order is shipped out (after the 5-7 day handling period), we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include a unique tracking number and instructions on how to track your package via the shipping carrier’s official website.
You can also log into your account on our store to view the latest shipping status of your order.
We strive to process and ship all orders on time, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Customs clearance procedures (common for international shipping, which may vary by country/region);
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, transportation strikes, public health emergencies);
• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer (please double-check your address during checkout).
In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate with you and provide updates. We shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by the above unavoidable factors.
For international shipments, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer (recipient) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
