Welcome to our online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"), a platform specializing in customized products. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our Store, you (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Store or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Store. The Store reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Store after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and fulfill your obligations hereunder.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

3.1 Order Submission

When you place an order on the Store, you are making an offer to purchase the customized product(s) specified in your order, subject to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including delivery address, contact details, and customization requirements) during the order process. The Store shall not be liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Receipt of your order by the Store does not constitute acceptance of your order. The Store reserves the right to accept or reject your order in its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the product is out of stock; (b) your customization requirements are unclear, incomplete, or violate relevant regulations; (c) there is a pricing error; or (d) we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address, and the contract between you and the Store will take effect at that time.

3.3 Customization Requirements

All customized products are produced based on the requirements you provide (such as design, size, color, text, etc.). You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your customization requirements before submitting the order. Once the order is confirmed and the customization process begins (after the order is received by the Store), the Store will not accept changes to the customization requirements, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and additional fees may apply.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full amount of the order (including product price, shipping cost, and any applicable taxes) using the payment methods provided by the Store at the time of checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. The Store shall not be liable for any issues arising from the payment process that are beyond our reasonable control (e.g., payment processor errors, bank declines).

If payment is not successfully processed within the specified time, the Store reserves the right to cancel your order without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key details include: (a) a handling time of 5-7 business days for customized products; (b) two shipping options (Standard Shipping: 3-6 weeks, Expedited Shipping: 2-3 weeks); (c) weight-based shipping costs; and (d) international shipping coverage and related customs requirements.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Customized Product Limitations

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of: (a) manufacturing defects; (b) incorrect products (not matching your confirmed customization requirements); or (c) damaged products during shipping (supported by valid evidence, such as photos of the product and packaging).

Returns for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind, incorrect personal choices of design/size) are not accepted, as customized products cannot be resold to other customers.

6.2 Return Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, photos of the product (and packaging, if damaged), and a detailed description of the issue. The Store will review your request and notify you of the approval result within 1-2 business days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the issue is due to our error, in which case a pre-paid return label will be provided).

6.3 Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Store (confirming the issue), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. The Store reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee if the returned product shows signs of improper use or damage caused by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Store Intellectual Property

All content on the Store (including but not limited to logos, trademarks, website design, product designs, text, images, and software) is the exclusive intellectual property of the Store or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the Store’s prior written permission.

7.2 Customer-Provided Content

When you provide customization requirements (e.g., logos, text, images), you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to use such content; (b) the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights); and (c) the content does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material (e.g., hate speech, violence, obscenity).

The Store shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the customer’s provision of infringing or illegal content. If a third party claims that your customization content infringes their rights, you agree to indemnify and hold the Store harmless from any related liabilities, costs, or expenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data) arising from your use of the Store or purchase of our products, even if the Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Store’s total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

The Store shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, transportation strikes, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Store, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your provision of infringing or illegal customization content; (c) your misuse of the Store or services; or (d) any other act or omission of yours that causes harm to the Store or third parties.

The Store collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your data (e.g., contact information, payment details, order history) to provide and improve our services. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
