The etching result is largely determined by the original quality of the picture you submit to us. The higher resolution and clearly defined contrast of the picture, the better the etching result will be.
Regarding photo editing, we can do very limited enhancement, besides adjusting the size of the picture and contrasting the color between black and white.
The draft design you received from us will be the best possible result that you can EXPECT to get because we will process your order based on that exact edition.
However, if you are NOT HAPPY about the look of the draft design, OR if you want to make any modification to the wording, you can inform us to either CHANGE or CANCEL the order within the next 24 HOURS after receiving this message.
Our team will assist you in achieving the best possible result within our capability. In the meantime, we also need your support to respond to us in a timely fashion. Because the custom product cannot be redone or returned ONCE it is processed.

P.S. The digital draft layout is a REFERENCE for the confirmation of the wording, date, photo editing, and overall look. The laser-engraved portion will be purely the contrast between the natural tones of the stone. There is no additional color pigment will be applied to the granite.
